To support individuals through a community-centered, integrated service/awareness delivery model that recognizes the unique circumstances, experiences, and needs of individuals and families. The center will provide seniors with the following services:

• Comprehensive assessment of elderly social conditions
• Contact and coordinate with the social care agencies
• Helping seniors to cope with life pressures and situations due to aging.
• Provide meaningful recreational activities suitable for seniors

In addition to providing a wide range of social work services including:

• Aging & Disability Services
• Family & Child Care Services
• Autism & Down Syndrome Services
• Mental Health Services
• Short-Term Counseling Services
• Domestic Violence Services
• Referrals to other Support Services
